Dear Sir/Madam
I had purchased IFB washing machine in 2012 with great expectations .I was of the opinion that services of IFB is the best. But this time it is not up to the mark as expected This is to inform you that I have purchased AMC in December 2022 .When my washing machine started malfunctioning, I raised ticket no 0000763557 on 21.07.2023. Technician visited on 22.07.2023 but couldn’t resolve the issue .Technician is telling that for door replacement I have to bear charges .I had taken AMC which includes glass and plastic then why should I bear charges.Kindly do the needful at the earliest .Raised complain a week back.No response till date .Waiting for positive response since one week
