Ifb washing machine is purshaed om name of asha rani Gupta which has defective touch panel. Machine is under warranty. Ifb customers care toll free number and service executive denying to replace faulty panel and asking for payment of 10000 for same. I have purchased it at 140000. I am cheated by ifb.
