I purchased an IFB washing machine with the model “IFB 6 kg Fully Automatic Front Load with In-built Heater White (Diva Plus VX)” on 26th October 2021through Flipkart with a comprehensive warranty of 4 years. However, there comes a fault in the washing machine in September 2022. for that, I registered a complaint to IFB on 16.09.2022 with ticket no. 1009686927. Initially after two complaints one of the IFB service persons visited my residence on 23.09.2022 and after inspection told me that there is a fault in the motherboard. he said he will raise this issue to IFB and the motherboard will be replaced if there is stock else after stock arrives. Since that day I have called IFB several times and every time they just ask that a service person will visit within 48 hours and no one is visiting. I have been mentally tortured by IFB for the past two months and I feel cheated. They have charged money in the name of warranty and service and no one is responding when it comes to service.
