I’m shivaprasad m. My loan account number 4880496. Bank people force fully give loan to me, he told 12% interest, i took loan but after peing 4 months of emi my loan interest is 30%. I request to bank please close my loan i will pay full amount but bank refused to close my account, then i stopped to pay emi, now he ready to close my account and he given to me a precloser later (attached ) and I’m paid the amount what mensioned in the precloser later, and i get NO DUE CERTIFICATE also, but in CIBIL still showing account active.
