I have the deatils of the loan agent from IDFC Bank, in the last month of june i have paid an emi of rs 1676 to the loan recovery agent Mr. Uday Deleep Mane in their Phonepay but payment is stuck in process for 3 days after 3 days it confirmed goes to Mr. Mane account, I confirmed from Mr. Mane he told me i will repay your stuck payment which goes to my account but still he is not making my repayment also not receiving any calls and also not replying to my any messages.
Please help me with my query
