Text of Complaint by Gaurav Raj:

I genuinely expressed my hardship to IDFC Bank that I will delay in making due payment of IDFC Credit Card due to hardship and I never denied that I will not pay the dues.
But IDFC repeated started threatnening and abusing me over the call and even abused in filthy language to my mother as well the call recordings and whatsapp chat screenshot was shared with IDFC but they denied to have their links with the person.
But if the person is having my details of outstanding dues should be considered that he is connected with the IDFC Bank as they have my all information and I have submitted the proof
