I had lifetime validity when i brought Idea SIM. But I had not used it for outgoing calls for a while. I have sufficient (100+ rs.) of balance available but still they are forcing me to recharge with unlimited plans in order to resume outgoing services which have been blocked under the pretext of expired out going service.
