I recharged with 10Rs. pack and its validity is mentioned unrestricted at Idea’s official website. And now my balance is more than 20 Rs. Still, I am not able to make an outgoing call from my number: 9215621647. And when I ask their customer care they say you have to recharge minimum with 35Rs. And Its validity is also only 28 days and after that, you have to recharge again with 35Rs. They didn’t make these terms and condition at the time of subscription and also didn’t mention at their website also.
