Hi,
I recharged with RC-199 3 days back, still i am flooded with messages and calls saying my outgoing call servises are expired. Doesn’t the records get updated. Without checking records, u guys simply place a call or send a message. This is totally wrong. Please do check your records before calling the customer. Another thing is that, rechaging with 200 rupees is not enough to talk to cutomer executive?. When I try talk to executive it says to recharge. Doesn’t the rechaged amount not enough to talk or raise a complaint?. This is quite embarrasing. My whole family is using Idea network. Because of these frustrations we are thinking to change the network. But I still hope this message reaches you guys.
