Text of Complaint by Charanjit Singh:

I wanted to know that I changed the number from Jio to Idea and my plan was to have one and a half(1.5) GB. I use most of the data so I wanted to get 699 (plan) that 4gb/day one’s. But the user center didn’t speak to me as a good guide. And she said (both two times attendent) your call is seven minutes long. Is there a rule that if your customer is not satisfied with the information and after seven minutes you mute the call without saying anything? And how can I increase my data and in this subject I called the user help center twice and both times they put my phone on hold after a short while and did not answer further. This behavior is very bad with your customer who has just joined your Idea Vodafone network except for another network company. Please consider this and if possible give me better information about my data concerns.
