Hello,
This is regarding the degraded quality of service provided by IDEA Cellular. For the last 4-5 months there are lots of call drops, the call never connects at first attempt citing network communication failure messages. They advertise 4G speed on television, but in reality they provide 2G speeds on most of the areas. I had complained about poor service 2-3 times, all they said was we are setting more towers to address your concerns but even after 5 months there is no improvement. The issue is not with just me, many of my colleagues also facing similar issue of poor connectivity.
It would be great if you could help us get this issue addressed and stop the cheating of consumers by telecom operators. We pay bill plan charges for the service and for the substandard quality of service we need these telecom companies should be penalized and we should be paid back accordingly. Thank you.
