Dear Sir / Madam,
I am user to TataSky DTH service from last many years. I always paying yearly subscription in advance. I am very much disappointed towards your service from last few months.
Most of the time it shows Tatasky setup-box is not receiving single. This error message conveyed to your customer care department from time to time.
Lastly on 9/7/2019 I have booked complaint for the same, but the reply from your customer care department force me to ask them to discontinue my service and refund my unused amount lying at Tatasky account.
Next day for follow up the same, when I again called your customer care department, they suggested chargeable technical visit will sort out this problem, so i accept the their suggestion and booked visit Technical personal at my residence at Virar (West), Mumbai suburb, Maharashtra.
When i got confirmation SMS from your end, it shows Technical Visit will be on 16/7/2019 (work order No WO#1K2EW6AK), which is 8-9 days after complaint booked.
I against, in turn, called your customer care department and request him to early visit. They assured me to visit to 12/7/2019 (with same work order), but on the day of visit, nobody has came to repair Tatasky – signal issue.
When inquiring with your department and explain again my problem, they assured me early reply and action will be taken with mail from their end to your higher up, but all promises / assurance are untrustworthy.
last Friday i.e. on 12/7/19, A technical guy (his mobile no 8888523666) has called and promise me will visit to my place with in half an hour, but not came and then after 2 to 3 hours not picking up his phone.
And after 3 hours, he informed me that he is busy with some other work and will visit afterwards. One more technical person (his mobile No 09099048716) called from Kuchh – Gujarat for visiting to my place. how a person from Gujarat will visit to Maharashtra ?
Even i tried many times your customer care department and the guy (whose number is 08888523666) to sort out our issue, but it seems that no body is willing to solve this problem, as i paid in advance.
In addition to above, every day an amount of Rs 42.20 deducting from my account balance, without providing services (complain No #1KF64IZ5)
You can refer my tele-conversion with your customer care department for confirmation of fact on above matter.
Can you please explain, why should we continue services of TATASKY in future ?
All in nutshell, Television Service provider Tatasky is not reliable name in the market.
