I had ordered food dt 20/05/2019 @ 8.31 pm from Hotel Sai Prasad Kalyan west, ORDER ID – 1567885369 the same got confirm by Hotel, then immediately within few seconds that order got cancelled by mistake while i was travelling in auto. And immediately i hv commuincated with Zomtao care team on mobile app & intimate him about matter. I told him to please reopen & reorder the same food as wrongly done cancelled, i had also talked with Hotel Person immediately within a few seconds & hotel staff said that the food is not started yet to cook. I also requested him to place my order but he denied as he required OPT from zomato to puck order. Again i spoke with Zomato care team but they are not ready to change the order & he is saying that if order cancelled the charges is applicable equal to food because FOOD Wastage & hotel started to prepared food. This all communication happened within a 5 minuts but they are not ready to listen & i was chatting with zomato more then 1 hour but no result even they have not reopen the order nor deliver food, after one hour he said to drop mail on zomato. still i have not received any feed back from zomato..
ZOMATO doesnt have a system to reopen order for cancelled food,
On online chat, they confirmed that the amount will get refund within 24-48 hours not refunded, After again i have asked they said its under process & meanwhile i need to drop a mail on order@zomato.com & mail replied not refund due to wastage of food.
How could they charged for non delivered food.
They blindly charged Rs 339.05/-
