I had a ICICI swipe machine setup in May 2020 and I had been promised a plan, but I was frauded and given a wrong plan instead. Now I have been constantly following with Bank over mail and also their executive who had promised to get my plan corrected but they have been misleading me ever since and no resolution has been provided.
