I have recently taken a credit card from ICICI bank. I didn’t opt for auto debit service.
But they themselves activated the auto debit service from my settings for previous credit card usage with the same bank. Also they have not communicated with me on the newly updated mobile number on website.
Un-necessarily charged 900 rupees for me saying auto debit return fees, although I have paid total due amount by due date.
