9970.32 debited from my AC on 29.06.23 and 7147.23 debited from my AC on 28.11.23 towards credit card ac 8936, which is someone else ac. I several time complained this unauthorised txn to customer care of ICICI . So far they didn’t redress my complaint. Please look into my complaints and redress
