I had booked i8 Pro Max – watch for Rs 1999.00. But received the item as per the attached photo.

I can’t hear the audio in speaker while making call & receiving call; Also battery is not giving back-up even 15 minutes. the supplier is cheated me and i need my amount to be returned. II am unable to contact the supplier who cheated by supplying waste product.

I request you send the original placed order instead of buying from Amazon and sending to customers wrong delivery and cheating customers.

I will make a Cyber Crime case against your company if i don’t get the following product as per my Original Order No: 19787

Original Order No: 9847-8428

I need to get the refund or original product as per my order before the end of this week.
They had collected 1999 for metal base smart watch .
