I called the BOI Customer Service number 1-800-1031906. A person answered and said I will receive an incoming call. I received a call within few minutes, number 6370917826 telling me to download app avvaldesk. After downloading the App I realised he was asking me for the codes, which i read only half way and not the full number. I was also concerned scammer was trying to establish my bank balance. I became suspicious as he spoke only Hindi and not a word of English.
In the meanwhile I have have transferred the max amount from the account and hope to withdraw the balance tomorrow morning. The mystery is how did he answer the CS phone number of the Bank?
