I was trying to pay my electricity bill on 09/08/2022 using BHIM upi.my amount was debited from my account even after transaction failed.i complained to the bank and electricity company.after some days,bank replied to me that my amount has been credited into electricity company account but electricity company told me that they haven’t got any amount regarding that transaction number.they told me to register my complain to the BHIM upi authority.After many unsuccessful attempt to register the complain on BHIM upi/ NPCI website,I tweeted my problem on BHIM tweeter handle and through direct message on 07/09/2022. Since then there is no resolution on my complain.they are telling me to be patient with them.pls resolve my issue.i am a student and I am in dire need of that money to pay my other bills.
