This was my first order from the “DMart Ready Online Grocery App” and I am really disappointed with the kind of service and support I got.
My order number is 101716479
I was told that my order will be delivered between 12pm to 2pm on Sunday 2nd July 2023. But I did not receive my order till 3pm. When I reached out to customer service I was told that in next 1hour my order will be delivered.
I waited for 2 hours but still I did not receive my order, I called customer service again I was told in next 1hour my order will he delivered.
Again I waited for another 2hours but till the end of the day at 10pm my order was not delivered.
This was my first order but got such a bad expeience. I have recording of all calls where agent kept saying that the order will be delivered in 1 hour at any cost but it is not delivered.
If D-Mart can not deliver this order they should have informed me in the morning itself when I first called them, I waited for whole day, my day is wasted and I am not available for next week. Hence I had to cancel my order
