I was purchased a Samsung on 8 mobile at 20th Dec 2018 product delivered me on 23rd Dec when I was used this product some day than I see touch not worked and hanging problem..Than I had complained at Flipkart customer care for replacement request but a technician come from Flipkart he was checked my mobile and told me maybe it will be okay …if not okay than call customer care for refund but now they are not responded. they told me go to service center we will not return this product… i want to complaint against them
