I ordered some groceries from reliance jio mart on 14th august 2023 and i make full payment of that
And after ordering my products they show thier tentative delivery date 20th august 2023 .on 20th august today 2023 when I checked my order status it’s was showing cancelled and I called thier consumer care they said it’s was cancelled due to technical glitch of software and you will get your money back within 7days when I request them to please deliver my product another day they simply denied me for any future help in regarding this matter.
I simply want that please take an action Asas
