i am having land line no.04049504103 since couple of years. i was paying fixed rate of Rs700/-.some one called and and changed my plan stating that i will be getting the same level of rs700/- billing.to my surprise it is just opposite i started getting bills over RS800/- . THIS MONTH IT IS rS835/-.I was misinformed and it was wrong selling by the sales person. Later i sent a message asking for restoration of my old paln of Rs700/-.Air tel did not bother. to day i called over telephone and been told that the systems are down and asked me to call after 24 hours. I am senior citizen , can not spend money unnecessarily. I can not keep on dialling airtel for help that many times. I want restoration to Rs700/- net payment plan which was canvassed and been used by me and extend what ever services i was getting under that. i do not need any more services. please resolve my problem as the monthly bill raised on me for RS835/- is due and i need to decide further on this aspect. This Rain F. apologizes and calls me a client where everyone else at CARiD.com calls me Frank I have been dealing with them now since 10/13/2020, this person is lying and don’t know what they are talking about he or she is very ignorant of the product they are selling, ever since I started dealing with this company CARid I got a diverted person this Rain F. is person number 8 so far and yes the item is defective it messed up my ECM, Engine Computer Module my Kilometer readings reset themselves every time I start the truck, never did that before and who knows what other viruses I downloaded I’m just finding all this out now. When I first called CARiD I got a recording that said all the calls are being taped and I thought that’s great so let’s hear the tape, then I got Kyle Munn a sales rep that works for CARiD and I ask him about the DiabloSport that I was going to purchase and This is the way it went down.

    You send me the wrong Return Authorization I have it attached for you to see what it should read No1/ – Reason for Return you said quote, the Wrong item Ordered, that’s wrong it should say (that I was misinformed about the Item or product by Kyle Munn ). No2 /- You said quote, have not been installed, that’s wrong also, I had to install an 87-octane boost tune to get at the Modify Parameter settings, so I can set my fan temperature at on and off temperatures. When I got into my Modify Parameters there were no fan temperature settings as I was quoted by Kyle Munn that there would be, only AC settings, I didn’t want my AC setting set at all. So, Kyle Munn misinformed me on both. He said quote you don’t need to tune it and that it will set the temperature up No problem. The Return Authorization should read like the one I’m sending you then I will sign it and send it back to you and you take care of the shipping. And one more thing the DiabloSport i3 Tuner is W10 friendly so you can retune it again. I had to take care of the shipping charges when I got it $124.00 the whole thing cost me $677.85 and now you want me to ship it back and take care of the shipping charges again and you will not give me any money back because I tuned it. I would like to have a guaranty in writing that I get the full amount back only then will I send it.
