Nuego travel agency said that bus will be departed from sarai kale khan,without giving me the boarding point. And after reaching at sarai kale khan, bus conductor call me and said that you have to come at indian oil petrol pump, which requires 2 hour to reach there. And due to which my bus was missed. I want my refund. These people block me and didn’t recieve my call too.
