I ordered a dark grey cotton blend cargo pant on 27/08/2025. I received a completely different product at the time of delivery on 31/08/2025. So on same day i initiated a return and refund request. There has been no response from the vendor. It should have been picked up from me by now. Online payment of Rs.649 was made before the delivery. They are not processing the return request.
