I order JBL flip essential 2 [20w black] from buzzindia
but the product i received was JBL flip Essential older version [16 W]
The product was delivered in Jbl flip essential 2 box which completely fool me
after carefully checking the product for few hours i order replacement
but the seller but next day he rejected without telling me reason Flipkart customer care did not help and help in this whole scam under the gard policy.
flipkart delivery boy ask me to open the box took photos when i said to him it look dirty he said please tell me otp and said if sir u have any other problem u can replace it 7 days. he did not wait for me 2 minutes and ran of to next place
flipkart grievence officer was rude he did not help and was protecting the seller instead helping in cheating the customer

Same problem for me today 29th May, I got my printer cannon TS307a delivered today without open box delivery. After I did a unboxing video and connected the printer setting it up and it didn’t work. It’s defective out of the box and this seller BuzzIndia on Flipkart is been cheating many many people and no one is there to question him from law and it’s very sad that our hard earned money is just gone. I paid ₹3008/- but on the receipt it’s given as some ₹2320 something. There are so many people complaining about this but I don’t see any law teaching the seller a lesson.
