Text of Complaint by Rishi Khandelwal:

I went to replace my existing airtel sim card. & The store manager charged me rs. 100 for it. When I came back & checked online about the same, the sim replacement fee for airtel was rs. 25 only. In this way, I was charged four times by the Airtel store owner.  Also, when I asked him about the same, he said that we charge everyone like this.
