I placed an order in Pizza Hut through the zomato app on 26 January 2019. I was charged Rs 740/- & I had done the payment through my Visa card. After an hour I received an notification that my order was rejected since my phone wasn’t reachable. I had my phone on & the signal was clear to reach my phone. They never connected to my phone. I had clearly mentioned my address & my phone was on too. Yet they blame that they couldn’t find my home & my phone wasn’t reachable. They levied all the Rs740/- as cancellation charges. Why was I charged when it’s not even my fault. Help me.
