Helo sir. I was booking for a train ticket 14 August Hyderabad to Delhi but after the payment confirmation I got ticket for 15 August. So there is issue in there system i have video proof I make the video of complete process. I contacted customer support of confirm ticket they told me that they will solve my problem within 24 hours . You will get a call back in 1 hours. But 72 hours passed sir I didn’t get solutions of my problems yet sir . Sir please help me
