Every time my father go to Vodafone store to change his number from prepaid to postpaid but they force to keep the number postpaid only and don’t help to change it to prepaid. So that I had not paid the amount of bill and now they deactivated the sim card. How can I change this sim card from postpaid to prepaid. 3rd class service from them in their gallery.
