I want to reactivate my voda prepaid connection but the employee of Vodafone customer care at navyug market, Ghaziabad are forcing me to get a postpaid connection of monthly rental of RS 700 to activate the connection.

I am paying RS 200 per month for the same service in prepaid connection then why would I go for postpaid connection, but they aren’t understanding my point.

What should be done to activate that connection?
