I’m so disappointed with Airtel services that I think I need to go to the Consumer Forum for the unprofessional behaviour of Airtel towards my request.
I’ve shifted from my Delhi address to my Hometown Patna and the customer service agent told me that they can fix the connection to my Hometown. However, when i took my router and modem from delhi to patna as advised by customer care agent then after chasing with them for almost 5-6 times their agent told me that this connection could not be fixed in Patna.
I told them to discontinue my service in that case from 27th June 2021 and refund me my money. However, since then I haven’t heard anything from airtel team and have not received my refund.
I send two emails to appellate.ncr@in.airtel.com but they never send me any reply. I’ve also sent them my bank statement from June until September.
I want immediate attention to my matter or I would not hesitate to take legal actions towards airtel. This has caused me so much mental stress.
