I want to pay my paytm postpaid bill but It showing an error (Sorry, this transaction is declined as our system surveillance bot has flagged your account from making this ), I also enclosed screenshot of that error, I call to paytm customer support but they told me that paytm postpaid have no calling customer support only chat options available for paytm postpaid so I chat in 24*7 section in paytm app but there is no any related option.
i have been charged late fee of repayment, please solve my issue
