Since 2 months I have been trying to disconnect my Airtel postpaid number which I had taken for dongle. I have hardly used it as the servicw was just horrible.
There was no way to disconnect as the Airtel Thanks app is not working for deactivation of service. There is no way to speak to the customer service also.
Please disconnect my number 8861434123
