i want to deactivate my merchant account because i am not a merchant since 4 months ,i tried many times to deactivate my merchant account as a guidelines of RBI , But no response from the side of PAYTM , if i call to customer care they put my call on hold or otherwise end the call, they also charge the payment of soundbox without any reason, they forcely make me as merchant without any business, they do fraud with me
