Respected sir/madam,
I’m from Bhiwandi, my no.is 9960881039, I’m airtel user from last 15 years
I just gone to nearest airtel gallery for convert my old SIM card into 4g, but the problem i face that they telling u have to bring original aadhaar card or pan card n they vl scan original documents n then they convert my old sim to new 4g,
Y should i provide my original documents for convert my old SIM to new 4g,this kind of service they vl provide then i vl change to other network
I want my new 4g sim From airtel without original documents, i only provide my aadhaar no.. or do finger scan, coz old sim is on my name only.
Now I vl not go to airtel gallery, send ur executive to my address n change my old sim to new 4g sim
I hope u vl solve my problem as soon as possible…
