Text of Complaint by Anjana kuriakose:

I wish to lodge a complaint regarding an issue with an online order. I ordered a product on Amazon app Gownlink, on 18 august 2025 and made an online payment of nearly 9000. I received a confirmation message stating that my order was delayed it’s still shows delay they said I’ll get the refund on 7 th September. However, despite several days passing, I have not received my order to date (2nd September).

Additionally, I attempted to track my order using the provided order ID, but it shows an This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

I kindly request your assistance in addressing this issue. I either need the product delivered immediately or a refund of the paid amount. Please take necessary action against this merchant for this negligence.
