The problem is explained in detail below:
THE SHIPMENT I RECEIVED HAD GIFTS PACKED INDIVIDUALLY BUT WHEN I RECEIVED THE CARTON CONTAINING THE CONTENTS WERE DAMAGED AS WELL AS ONE OF THE MOST EXPENSIVE ITEM WHICH IS AIRDOPES OF around 4000 RS IS STOLEN FROM THE PACKAGE. THE PACKAGE WAS HAMPERED FROM THE BOTTOM WHICH CLEARLY INDICATES HOW THE CONTENTS WERE STOLEN. I HAVE CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE MULTIPLE TIMES AND THEY SAY THAT IT WASN’T INSURED SO NO STEPS CAN BE TAKEN , LIKE SERIOUSLY SO THAT MEANS THAT DTDC SHOULD NOT AT ALL BE TRUSTED IF THE SHIPMENT IS NOT INSURED. WELL, I USED TO THINK THAT DTDC IS ACCOUNTABLE PLATFORM BUT I CAN NOT TRUST IT ANYMORE BECAUSE AN EXPENSIVE ITEM GOT LOST IN THE PROCESS AND THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THE DTDC FORUM, I AM DISAPPOINTED AND WANT REFUND FROM THE ITEM WHICH WAS LOST. SO HENCE I AM COMPLAINING AGAINST IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR OF THEM. ALSO I BOOKED IT BY AIR SERVICE WHICH I THOUGHT WILL BE MORE SAFE BUT OBVIOUSLY EVEN IF IT IS NOT, AND THEY SAY THAT THEY ARE ONLY ACCOUNTABLE FOR INSURED ITEM WHICH SAYS THAT THE ITEMS WHICH ARE NOT INSURED CAN BE STOLEN EVERYTIME.
