complaint for Internet speed issue
Internet speed gradually reduce day by day. even its does not feel that we use the 4g network. another networks 3g speed is better than jio.i have complained about this to many times to customers care. but they did not resolve the complaint .they told that our team upon on this matter and they solve the problem within 90 days but i have been waiting for solve the problem for last 4 months.now i think i should port the number to another network service provider.
