Dear Sir/Madam,
I need a Static IP from My ISP which is JIO Fiber I had already request them to on 5th JAN 2022.They had taken my request at that time, after 2 days i didn’t get any information about my request I call customer care number which is 18008969999 first Jio Customer care Staff told me that Due to shortfall of engineer your request has been rejected and they told me to hold the line we check the status again and tell you what is the problem, then call got disconnected, then second time I had Call JIO CC now they are saying me that they do not provide Static IP for some reason and told me call again maybe other staff can be help for the same then again I try to call them now the CC number is not allowing me to contact with CC staff. In the JIO Fiber website they mention that provide and support online multi Player gaming, Home Networking, And Security & Surveillance, that means JIO Website is providing fake Information and making customer fools to take there connection. I need my problem should be solve ASAP.
