I had booked GoAir flight ticket from using Paytm application and payment mode through my bank account via Debit Card, but due to Covid 19 a flight has been cancelled, then I had request to Airlines for 100% refund, same Airlines refund the money on 19th December 2020 to Paytm, now as per discussed with Paytm customer care that payment proceeded to my bank account on 21st December 2020 at 2:39PM, but unfortunately by technical reason payment mode not get successes, further I daily talk to Paytm Care regarding my refund, still today not getting my refund and any type of support. all details under below.
