I already paid and ordered a shirt and dress from club factory on July 09 2018 from the name K Nataraj Achary. The order was supposed to arrive on August 01 but did not and there is no tracking update on the order after August 01. Kindly refund or send my order as soon as possible. Order no. S045996541860 and phone no. 7738678874. I am unable to get through the website or apps customer service either as they both are very unresponsive….
