Subject – I want refund my money (debit amount 5000rupees deduct in my paytm wallets) by mistakenly recharge on google play store

My name is Jyoti Iligar from pune Maharashtra my paytm no is +917709336678 I using paytm last 2 years my complaint is last Sunday date 24th feb 2019 I using your pay tm platform for recharge but by mistakenly I wrong 5000rupees recharge on Google play store its completely happen by mistakenly so we don’t want this recharge and recharge time I not fell any details during recharge so we want back my money I continually taking follow-up with paytm and Google play store but nobody taking seriously both are big companies but nobody help me its 5000 rupees big amount for me
I contact with paytm he say you can contact with Google and also I contact with google play store he say you can contact with pay tm so I want resolve this issue and refund my money on paytm wallets
Please help me both company are ignore not interested for refund
