After ordering on Swiggy and waiting for more than hour I had to recheck on my order. Turns out delivery guy was not able to pick up the order and did not even inform to change the delivery person. I had to contact the swiggy executive which then tried to contact the delivery person, which he couldn’t. He then informed me that a new delivery person will be appointed. A few minutes later i got the info that no delivery person can be assigned and the order won’t be completed. Late night, after waiting for around 2 hours, I didn’t even get my order. After a lot of argument, I managed to get a 60rs coupon. But is this really how Swiggy should manage their business? Shame on them. I even have the membership and they treat their customers so badly!
