I tried recharge thrice as paytm displayed recharge can’t be processed money will be refunded. Now they are not refunding the amount . I tried contacting them and told them my problem . But no solution was provided. Among three tried recharge attempts the first two failed and it was displayed that money will be refunded. But instead this they did recharge thrice for the same pack.they displayed wrong message that’s why I tried thrice . So I asked for refund and they are even responsive .
