On april 3,2022, i use the service of the ola, there is 3 time i tried for the cab from anand parbat to surya colony Faridabad, driver ask me where to go i said the place the cancel the ride, there after on fourth cab booking, a cab driver accept to go that place but saying me to pay cash only, i accepted his request and i go through this cab booked for 8hrs after returning from that place, the driver ask me to pay cash 1900 since there is extra charges related to RTO which were not included in the bill, i paid him cash 2000 he paid me 100 rupee and run away, after few minutes i received a message in which ola postpaid wallet also deducted the 1767 base fare which is shown on the bill, and after that i complaint to ola cab service department, first time the driver deny but afterward he accepted and same were confirmed by ola customer service agent and he take my request to refund such amount within 48-72hrs but till now no money returned and they sent me today april 9,2022 the bill of paying ola postpaid wallet, which i already complaint but they not providing help to me. So i request for take the issue under consideration, which will help to save other customer who were cheated from there side (ola driver and ola sevice).
