I took paytm postpaid in 2021 for medical emrgency travel purpose. I paid it off and still Paytm team is no replying to my messages emails calls. They have affected on my CIBIL.

I took paytm postpaid and paid it off. Still paytm team have linked the paytm with my CIBIL. I have already done with the outstanding balance clearance. And they are not replying to anything.
