Hi sir,
I took an AMC from Unique RO Service company. His GST no. is 09BEMPC5974G1Z5 for 1 year. I paid them INR 4500 for the same. I raised a service request on 26 August 2022 for the service visit, however I have not been getting any response from this company. They just told me that now their office is shut down and cannot provide me service. Post that they are not picking my calls/ responding to my emails. They have been just fooling people and doing frauds with the customers. They charged me INR 4500 for the yearly services, but did not provide me service for the whole year. I have also attached copy of invoice for your reference. Request you to take strict action against this company. The company address as per invoice is D-102, Sector 10, Noida-201301.
