I took a loan form an online application and I can’t repay the fund , because the application is not providing me with the repayment link or any access to repay my loan amount. It’s just small amount that I should have been repayed the month itself I took the loan , but the application is not responding and it’s showing the notification as in the screenshot submitted . The application name is Mpocket and I took the loan about a year ago, they never sent me any notice on repayment till today (March 23 2024) . I am working in UAE now .
