Dear sir
I take online ticket at my ticket number 277565191 and my mobile number 9649018166 but bus conductor was not open gate of bus my together children and ladies passengers also but conductor was not open gate and misbehave by lades passengers please tack action by bus conductor I call rsrtc control room but not take any action and give satisfaction answer i attached my ticket message please refund my amount and take for action good service
